As a Field Officer, I support the effective implementation of the All Babies Are Equal program by working closely with health facilities and communities to increase routine immunization coverage. I conduct regular visits to assigned health facilities to monitor program activities, verify vaccination records, and ensure that eligible caregivers receive incentives in line with program guidelines. I register beneficiaries, collect accurate field data, and maintain proper documentation using digital tools and reporting systems. I engage with caregivers and community stakeholders to raise awareness about the importance of childhood immunization and encourage participation in vaccination services. I collaborate with health workers, community leaders, and local government stakeholders to strengthen immunization outreach activities. Additionally, I monitor compliance with program procedures, conduct verification checks to prevent fraud, and report operational challenges or discrepancies to supervisors. Through these activities, I contribute to improving vaccine uptake, ensuring program accountability, and supporting the overall goal of reducing vaccine-preventable diseases among children in underserved communities.
