About

I am a dedicated Field Officer with experience supporting public health and community development programs in collaboration with several donor and implementing organizations, including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), Malaria Consortium, 360 Health Systems Diagnostics and Correction (360HSDC), and the International Vaccine Access Center (IVAC). In my role, I work closely with communities, health workers, and program teams to facilitate the effective implementation of donor-funded health interventions aimed at improving health outcomes and strengthening local health systems. My responsibilities include community engagement, data collection, monitoring and evaluation, and preparation of field reports that inform program performance and decision-making. Through regular interaction with community stakeholders, I help promote awareness, encourage participation in health initiatives, and ensure that program activities are implemented in a culturally appropriate and community-responsive manner. I also support the collection and management of high-quality data that contribute to operational research and evidence generation. This evidence helps implementing partners and donors assess program effectiveness, identify gaps, and design strategies that enhance program impact and sustainability. By monitoring field activities and providing timely feedback, I contribute to improving accountability and ensuring that program objectives are achieved efficiently. My work is driven by a strong commitment to advancing public health and supporting evidence-based interventions that address critical health challenges. I am passionate about contributing to programs that reduce disease burden, strengthen health systems, and improve access to life-saving health services for underserved populations.
