I hold a BSc in industrial design and MSc in environmental sustainability from Kaduna State University, I have over five years’ experience working as a Supervisor/ Research assistant across various wards and local government. With organizations like World Health Organization (WHO), Society for Family Health (SFH), Variable Knowledge Master (VKM) and winrock international. on projects such as Routine immunization, adolescent sexual and reproductive health, feed the future amongst other project to ensure data collected meets program needs for decision making. I have conducted both qualitative and quantitative interview in English and Hausa depending on the community, and reported emerging issues or challenges for informed program decision and timely corrections. I have also participated in developing and implementing action plan, setting time line, and addressing limitations. Through my work I have acquired extensive knowledge and skill in Supervision, data collection, analysing and reporting. using tool such as ODK, kobo collect, Commcare, MS word, DHIS and Excel. I have also developed strong interpersonal skill, community entry and mobilisation skill.
