Pwadanakai Samson is an experienced Field Data Specialist and Monitoring & Evaluation professional with over six years of experience supporting humanitarian, public health, and development programs in Nigeria. She has worked with several international and national organizations, contributing to large-scale projects in health, education, gender-based violence prevention, and community development. Pwadanakai has extensive expertise in community-based data collection, household surveys, cluster mapping, and stakeholder engagement, with proven experience working in rural, hard-to-reach, and vulnerable communities. She has successfully supported projects implemented by organizations such as Plan International in collaboration with the World Food Programme (WFP), UNICEF, WHO, UNFPA, FHI360, and Society for Family Health, where she played key roles in enumeration, monitoring, mapping, and evidence-based reporting. Her technical strengths include the use of digital data collection platforms such as KoboCollect, ODK Collect, SurveyCTO, and EpiData, ensuring accurate real-time data capture, quality control, and timely reporting for program decision-making. She is also skilled in community mobilization, interview facilitation, field supervision, and data verification, helping organizations generate reliable evidence for program planning and evaluation. Pwadanakai is widely recognized for her strong field coordination skills, professionalism, and ability to build trust with community members and local leaders, which significantly improves response rates and data reliability during field assessments.
