About

I worked as a Data Enumerator with Save the Children International in Maiduguri, where I played an important role in supporting humanitarian programs through accurate data collection. My work involved visiting different communities, meeting families, and conducting interviews and surveys to understand their real needs and challenges. I carefully asked questions, listened attentively, and recorded correct information. I understood that the data I collected was very important because it helped the organization make decisions that could improve the lives of vulnerable children and families. One of my greatest strengths is my strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. I always make sure the information I collect is complete, clear, and reliable. I am also a good communicator, which helps people feel comfortable and willing to share honest answers. My patience, respect, and ability to work in difficult and sensitive environments helped me build trust with community members. I am also able to follow instructions carefully and work well both independently and as part of a team. My research focus was on gathering high-quality and reliable data that reflects the real conditions of children and families in the community. This included information related to education, health, protection, and general wellbeing. I was proud to contribute to work that helps identify problems, plan effective interventions, and bring positive change to people’s lives. My experience has strengthened my passion for humanitarian work and my dedication to using data to support meaningful and life-changing programs.
