About
My background is in administrative support and data-related tasks, where I have gained experience in data collection, data entry and supporting field activities. I have also been involved in community-related projects that require attention to detail, organization and effective communication. Through these experiences, I developed an understanding of how accurate data and proper documentation support decision-making and program implementation. My key strengths include strong attention to detail, good communication skills, the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team and the ability to learn new tools quickly. I am also organized, reliable and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. My research focus is mainly on data collection and community-based research, particularly in areas that support development programs such as monitoring, evaluation and learning activities. I am interested in contributing to research that helps organizations understand community needs, measure program impact and improve project outcomes.
