I Emem E. Simon is a results-driven professional with experience in sexual and reproductive health programs, data collection, data management, and community outreach. I have worked with organizations such as MSI Reproductive Choices as Executive Personal/Data Assistant also in Society for Family Health (SFH) as a Data Consultant where I supported data collection, analysis, and reporting for health programs and community-based interventions. I am skilled in using DHIS2, Excel, and Kobo Collect for data management and reporting. I am also proficient in MS Office Excel, Word, Power point, Google Workspace, and basic IT operations, with strong administrative and stakeholder engagement skills. My experience includes coordinating community programs, preparing accurate reports, and using multimedia content to support advocacy and awareness. I am passionate about promoting positive change through evidence-based interventions, youth empowerment, and improved public health systems.
