With over 13 years of expertise in qualitative and quantitative research, I bring a strong blend of theoretical knowledge and practical field experience in data collection consultancy, field operations management, and supervisory roles. My career spans diverse projects where I have excelled from research assistance, transcription, translation, technical reporting to field management with strong understanding and application of safeguarding principles. I have successfully served as National Project Manager for Access to Finance Survey (A2F) by EfiNA and Assistant National Project Manager on National World Bank Enterprise Survey, leading regional and State teams in training, fieldwork execution, and report development. My portfolio includes extensive involvement in health and development projects such as IPTi, PMC, ITN, ICT4D, SMC, educational initiatives, artisan-based programs, mother and child health, and adolescent reproductive health research. My collaborations extend to globally recognized organizations including the World Bank, USAID, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, NACA, WHO, Federal Ministry of Health, Ondo State Ministry of Health, and Ogun State Ministry of Health, contributing to SDG-3 implementation, cold-chain consumables auditing, health facility surveys, and interventions addressing measles, HIV/AIDS, and other public health priorities. I am adept at managing both facility-based, public opinion surveys, Humanitarian researches/interventions and household-based health intervention projects, as well as consistently delivering results that meet international standards.
