Abdulrasheed Hajji Isa
Data Analyst/Data Enumerator
About
I am a results-oriented Data Analyst and Field Enumerator with a strong background in clinical nursing and public health programming. With over seven years of professional experience in healthcare and humanitarian settings across Northeast Nigeria, I have developed solid expertise in structured data collection, monitoring and evaluation, and evidence-based reporting. My clinical foundation as a Registered Critical Care Nurse has strengthened my analytical thinking, accuracy in documentation, and ability to interpret health-related data within real-world program contexts. I have supported community-based surveys, nutrition screenings, household assessments, and health facility data audits while working in emergency and development settings. My experience includes administering structured questionnaires, conducting MUAC screenings, assisting in CMAM program monitoring, and contributing to baseline and endline evaluations. I am committed to maintaining data quality through careful validation, cleaning, and adherence to ethical standards, confidentiality, and informed consent procedures. My strengths include attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights that inform decision-making. I am proficient in basic statistical analysis, report writing, and presenting findings in clear and actionable formats. I work effectively both independently and within multidisciplinary teams, particularly in resource-limited and high-pressure environments. My research focus centers on health systems strengthening, maternal and child health outcomes, malnutrition in conflict-affected communities, and barriers to effective healthcare implementation. I am passionate about using data-driven approaches to improve service delivery, enhance program performance, and support sustainable public health interventions.
